How to keep Healthy ?
Firstly, you should do exercise at least three times a week to strengthen your bodies. Secondly, you should eat less meat, but more vegetables and fruits. You shouldn't eat fried food ,because it's bad for health. You should never go to bed late. You must be sure that you sleep nine hours a day. It is very important to wash hand before eat food. When you getting ill ,you must go to the hospital. You keep a good habit, it will make you healthy and help you study better.
